Scope of the Project The comprehensive project included the development of a full commercial catering kitchen, a multi-level playground, a trampoline park, restrooms, and a café fit-out. Research and Supplier Selection With detailed plans in hand, we conducted thorough research across 14 factories, ultimately shortlisting the top three based on pricing and specifications. Scott provided an exhaustive list of items, and we meticulously sourced multiple suppliers, evaluating and pricing each item. Turnkey Solutions Our services encompassed every aspect of the process, from production inspection, loading, and operational logistics, to sea freight and delivery. Kora Enterprises ensured a seamless, full turnkey solution with 20x40ft containers. Client Involvement and Quality Assurance We encouraged Scott to participate actively in the process, arranging his visit to China to observe the exceptional craftsmanship of the scaffolding products. He was received at Shanghai airport and escorted to the manufacturing facility, where a detailed inspection of the final goods for container loading took place. Impressed by the quality, Scott authorized a second order for immediate production. Logistics and Customs Clearance Kora Enterprises efficiently managed the loading process, sea freight logistics, and documentation for customs clearance at the destination port in New Zealand. Successful Outcomes and Continued Partnership Following the successful arrival of goods in New Zealand, Scott initiated a third order, ensuring a continuous supply of premium products. Our efforts resulted in the procurement of seven containers within ten months, amounting to a substantial $300,000 order. Scott's satisfaction with our service quality led him to introduce Kora Enterprises to three of his business associates, further establishing our strong foothold as a trusted procurement partner in the housing and commercial sectors.
